HR Officer

Job description:

Conduct new employees’ orientation and inform them about job descriptions, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions.
Follow up employee training and development.
Follow up employee evaluation.
Prepare and maintain employment records such as hiring, termination, Leaves, transfers, or promotions.
Interpreting and advising on employment law for the employee.
Dealing with disciplinary procedure.
Maintain and update human resources documents, organizational charts, polices, procedures, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms with the HR Manager.
Skills:

Personnel Skills.Â
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong personality.
Good knowledge of HR programs.
Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in HR.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Good in English.
